Welcome to M&A Pastries (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site with parental permission.

  • You will not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

We reserve the right to modify or remove content, suspend user access, or update these Terms at any time.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to display our cakes and pastries as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors, decorations, and designs may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or handmade preparation.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

All cakes are handmade and may not appear exactly as shown in product images.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout through our approved payment gateways (Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • We may cancel an order if payment is not successfully processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

We do not store full credit card information.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Because our cakes are made to order:

  • Orders may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are only issued if there was an error on our part (wrong item, missing item, etc.).

5. Pick-Up, Delivery & Shipping

Depending on the service you choose:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or courier errors.

  • Once an order is delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Allergies & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Nuts

  • Dairy

  • Gluten

  • Eggs

  • Soy

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and notify us of any allergies. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, design, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of M&A Pastries.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
