At M&A Pastries (“we,” “us,” or “our”), all of our cakes and pastries are handmade and prepared fresh for each order. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we follow the policy below to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Taste preferences

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Not liking the decoration style

Items that were delivered but left outside and became damaged
2. Cancellations & Order Changes
Since each item is custom-made:

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item or if your order arrived damaged due to our mistake, you may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund.
To qualify, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

Provide your order number

Include clear photos of the issue
We will review the case and determine whether a remake, credit, or refund is appropriate.
4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Orders left outside that become damaged

Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party couriers

Failure to pick up an order at the scheduled time
Once the order is delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. Allergies
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and inform us of any allergies before ordering.
We do not issue refunds for allergic reactions or failure to read ingredient information.
